The Z System, which is also called the Z 712 Money System, is Paul Darby’s latest MLM scheme.

Darby is the face of The Z System in a marketing video that is front and center on the website of the company.

BehindMLM wrote about Darby for the first time in 2013 because he owned the YouGetPaidFast gifting scheme. Back then, Darby was running different scams under the name Unimax Services.

After YouGetPaidFast went under, Darby kept telling his victims about other scams.

After Internet Lifestyle Network, Darby stopped showing up on BehindMLM’s radar, at least. On his YouTube channel, Darby shows that for the past few years, he has been selling a “new” marketing system under different names.

The Terms and Conditions document for the Z System says that Darby is based in Texas, which is in the United States.

Read on for a full review of the MLM opportunity with the Z System.

The Products of the Z System
The Z System has no products or services that can be sold.

The company gives away a free email marketing app called “The Z App.” As Darby suggested;

You can market cool stuff you find online with any two products or services, and you can switch them out whenever you want.

You just need to copy and paste affiliate links into the system, and it will start sending you the most beautiful emails in a professional way.

You don’t write them, think about them, or make plans for them. You copy what you want to sell, paste it in, and click “done.”

Darby claims The value of the Z App is $1900.

Plan for getting paid by the Z System
Affiliates of The Z System pay $99 a month to join. When they bring in other people who do the same thing, they get paid commissions.

Affiliates of the Z System get paid for recruiting people down two levels (unilevel):

50% on level 1 (affiliates that you personally recruited) and 25% on level 2.
As long as the affiliates you bring in continue to pay their monthly membership fees, you’ll get paid.

Signing up for the Z System
Each month, it costs $97 to be an affiliate of the Z System.

The End of the Z System
The Z System is the latest name that Darby is using to sell his app that makes emails.

You can find Darby promoting Joel Therein’s Now Lifestyle under different names on his YouTube channel. It was the Magic List Machine earlier this year.

Before early July, when The Z System was announced, there was “The New Tech Millionaires.” It used to be called “The Genius App.” Before that, it was called “Mr. X Web Traffic,” and so on.

Apart from questionable income claims…

…that almost certainly break the FTC Act, there’s nothing wrong with The Z App by itself. It is a tool for marketing via email. You’ll need an email list to plug in, which Darby might be gathering for his own list in the background. Who can say?

What I can say is that Darby seemed pretty desperate in a marketing video for June 2022.

Look, if the owner of a very successful marketing firm tells you that they’ve teamed up with a $300 million company and the owner of another very successful marketing firm and that we have something that can help you become a very successful marketing firm, and you don’t get it because you’re scared or whatever, then you’re just as lost as a goose.

You are one crazy cow. And you’re just waiting for someone to lead you into the chute, cut off your testicles, or poop in your head and turn you into hamburgers.

The problem with The Z System is the MLM business that comes with it. It is a pyramid scheme.

The Z System does have an app for email marketing, but it’s free and has nothing to do with the MLM opportunity.

Through The Z System, all of the commissions are tied to getting new people to join. It’s a pyramid scheme because of this.

Marketing tools that come with pyramid schemes always end up being used mostly to market the scheme itself. And that’s what The Z System gives us.

No matter how long it takes, pyramid schemes always fail when people stop joining. This is why Darby comes up with new plans every few months and gives them different names.

For example, Darby released The Genius App in late 2020. It’s over.

SimilarWeb says that the number of people visiting The New Tech Millionaires’ website, which was launched in 2019 to promote List Leverage and repurposed in November 2021 as a “100% commissions” gifting scheme, is steadily going down.

There seems to be a pattern. By the end of the year, The Z System will likely be shut down or given a new name.
