It’s Only 5 is a matrix cycler with its headquarters in Detroit, Michigan.

On March 19th, 2022, It’s Only 5’s website domain (“itsonly5.com”) was privately registered.

Moving forward Elton and Sarah Potts, as well as John and Lisa Arnold, are co-founders of It’s Only 5.

Both the Potts and the Arnolds, as far as I can gather, are relative unknowns in the MLM field.

Elton Potts and John Arnold Sr. were advertising B-Eco earlier this year.

That does not appear to have happened.

Potts was advertising crypto scams on Telegram last year:

He was also duped by the iHub Global HNT mining scam:

Here’s how things are going:

Potts and John Arnold Sr. founded the “Survive and Thrive” Facebook group in November 2021.

Arnold Sr. was also duped by the iHub Global scam, which is most likely where he met Potts.

Guillermo Joya joins It’s Only 5 as Training & Media Manager.

Joya has a history of promoting MLM Ponzi scams. CashFX Group and Cloud Token are two examples.

The Potts are originally from Michigan. The Arnolds are originally from Texas. And the Joyas hail from Colombia.

Only Five Products
It’s Only 5 does not sell any goods or services.

Affiliates are only permitted to market. It is only a $5 associate membership.

Only 5’s Compensation Strategy
In a nine-tier matrix cycler, only 5 affiliates acquire $6 positions.

It’s Only 5 retains $1 of the $6 buy-in. The remaining $5 is utilized to support It’s Only 5’s cycler.

The cycler in It’s Only 5 employs 23 matrices.

A 23 matrix sets an affiliate at the top of the matrix, with two spots right behind them:

The initial level of the matrix is formed by these two locations. The second level of the matrix is created by dividing these two places into two more positions each (four positions).

The third level of the matrix is constructed in the same way and has eight positions. The total number of positions in a 23 matrix is now fourteen.

Positions in the matrix are filled by other people who have been recruited directly or indirectly. There are just 5 affiliates.

A “cycle” is activated when all slots in a matrix are filled.

Only 5 Conclusions
Matrix cyclers are straightforward. You invest and hope that enough people follow you so that you may take their money.

The arithmetic behind It’s Only 5 demonstrates how far that premise is extended in the film.

one complete The It’s Only 5 run is $5 in and $30,490,387 out. That amounts to nearly six million $5 payments.

When referral commissions are factored in, the total rises to $1,437,254 (an extra 287,450 $5 payments).

Oh, and that run will create hundreds of Round 1 Tier 1 positions, more than doubling the financial risk of a single It’s Only $5 stake.

Needless to say, the great majority of It’s Only 5 investors will not be able to access the later rounds, when the majority of the invested monies are passed up to.

Remember that all position amounts are if It’s Only 5’s matrices filled in a linear method. That is, each new purchase was added to the same matrix lineage.

They don’t, which means that the total number of positions necessary for just one position run throughout seven rounds is significantly more.

Less than 1% will even make it through Round 1 (18,154 $5 payments required). With a minimum withdrawal amount of $100, most It’s Only 5 investors will suffer an immediate loss of $5 or more.

Although $5 may not seem like much, there is no limit to the number of positions affiliates may invest in.

Is it possible to use the same email address for several accounts?

Only if you buy them via your back office. You must use different emails when creating new accounts. Alternatively, if you have gmail, you may utilize the gmail trick.

The takeaway from all of this is that, like every cycler Ponzi scam, the principal benefactors in It’s Only 5 will be Elton and Sarah Potts, John and Lisa Arnold, and Guillermo Joya, victims of their prior schemes and top It’s Only 5 recruiters.

Everyone else in It’s Only 5 has to lose money in order for these con artists to take it.

Math, as proved above, ensures that the vast majority of participants in cycler Ponzis lose money.

On the regulatory front, It’s Only 5 has two administrators stationed in the United States and one who travels frequently from Colombia to the United States.

SimilarWeb monitored nearly a million websites. There were just 5 website views in June 2022, the vast majority of which were from the United States:

The US is the most active regulator of MLM cycler Ponzis on the globe, with the DOJ, SEC, and FTC working together.

You know how this ends, whether it’s a collapse, a regulatory clean up, or both.
