On their website, Nvisionu fails to give ownership and executive information.
The internet domain (“nvisionu.com”) for Nvisionu was initially registered in 2003. The private registration was last updated on July 25th, which I assume is when ownership was transferred.
This Nvisionu review was requested by a reader. Former IM Mastery Academy graduates David Imonitie and Ivan Tapia owned and ran the firm, which I learned.
This was confirmed by a lawsuit filed on June 24th by IM Mastery Academy against defendants Imonitie, Tapia, Spela Sluga, Devon Roeser, and Nvision U INC.
The (defendants) either resigned or terminated their contracts with IML, and then colluded and began recruiting and soliciting new IBOs and contractors, as well as competing directly with IML in the marketplace.
The (defendants) violated their contracts with IML by quitting IML and promptly founding and/or joining a competitive firm, Nvisionu.
We’ll go into IM Mastery Academy’s complaint in further detail at the end of this evaluation.
Nvisionu’s CEO is David Imonitie.
Imonitie first joined IM Mastery Academy in 2016, when it was known as iMarketsLive.
In 2019, owner Chris Terry renamed the organization IM Master Academy. This occurred when the CFTC penalized iMarketsLive in 2018 for commodities fraud.
In 2015, Ivan Tapia joined IM Mastery Academy. Tapia advanced even farther at IM Mastery Academy, rising to the position of Chairman Elite.
This is the same rank as marketing posterboy Alex Morton, who is thought to be the highest earner at IM Mastery Academy.
According to BehindMLM, IM Mastery Academy is a pyramid scam that openly commits securities fraud.
What would cause two top earners in an established, but allegedly unlawfully functioning, MLM firm to abandon ship?

Nvisionu’s Compensation Strategy
Nvisionu’s remuneration information was formerly available on their website.
This piece of the evaluation is based on a cached version of the destroyed document, which I compared to another compensation document provided by a reader.
There is some disagreement between the two papers, which are the Team Consultant and Lead Consultant orders (which is a higher rank).
The documents work together to fill in the gaps, therefore I feel the following is a comprehensive and accurate portrayal of Nivisionu’s compensation plan.
The compensation scheme of Nivisonu pays retail, residual, and autoship commissions. A Matching Bonus is also available.
Sales volume determines Nvisionu rank qualification, commissions, and incentives (BV).
Retail and affiliate purchases of Nvisionu goods generate BV:
Body Balance 3 – 50 BV in rank and residual commission volume every month, plus 50 BV in unilevel team volume
Body Balance 6 – 100 BV in rank and residual commission volume every month, plus 100 BV in unilevel team volume
Body Balance 12 – 200 BV per month in rank and residual commission volume, and 200 BV per month in unilevel team volume
Individual course – monthly rank volume of 160 BV, residual commission volume of 75 BV, and unilevel team volume of 100 BV
Bronze Pack – Monthly rank volume of 160 BV, residual commission volume of 75 BV, and unilevel team volume of 100 BV.
Silver Pack – 400 BV per month in rank volume, 150 BV in residual commission volume, and 150 BV in unilevel team volume
Gold and Founders Pack – 800 rank volume, 300 residual commission volume, and 200 unilevel team volume every month
Affiliate Ranks on Nvisionu
Nvisionu’s compensation structure includes twelve affiliate ranks.
They are as follows, along with their respective qualification criteria:
Consultant – become an Nvisionu affiliate with a Pack Team Consultant – recommend and retain two retail customers and produce and retain 300 PV and 1000 GV every month
Lead Consultant – maintain two personally referred retail clients, 300 PV per month, and 2500 GV per month.
Maintain two individually suggested retail customers and 300 PV every month, as well as create and maintain 5000 GV per month.
Sapphire – maintain two personally referred retail customers and 300 PV per month, generate and maintain 10,000 GV per month, recruit at least two Consultants or higher, and have two downline legs with at least one Team Consultant or higher in each Ruby – refer and maintain three personally referred retail customers, generate and maintain 400 PV and 25,000 GV per month, and maintain one recruitment leg with at least one Lead Consultant or higher in it.

Retain four individually referred retail customers and 500 PV each month, create and maintain one million GV per month, and maintain three recruitment legs with a Ruby or higher in one, an Emerald or higher in the second, and a Diamond or higher in the third.
Ambassador Visionary Diamond – keep four personally referred retail customers and 500 PV each month, create and maintain 2,500,000 GV per month, and maintain three recruitment legs, one with an Emerald or higher, one with a Diamond or higher, and one with a Double Diamond or higher.
Imperial Visionary Diamond – retain four personally referred retail customers and 500 PV per month, create and maintain 5,000,000 GV per month, and maintain three recruiting legs, one with a Diamond or higher and the other two with a Double Diamond or higher.
Retail customers must purchase at least 100 BV of merchandise every month to qualify for the rank. 1 BV is equivalent to 1 PV and 1 GV.
PV is an abbreviation for “Personal Volume.” In terms of Nvisionu rank qualification, it is limited to retail volume alone.
GV is an abbreviation for “Group Volume.” The overall sales volume earned by an Nvisionu affiliate and their downline is referred to as Group Volume.
Commissions on retail sales
Nvisionu affiliates earn commissions on supplement sales to retail consumers.
It is uncertain if the e-platform may be supplied to retail consumers.
Commissions for Recruitment
When package affiliates are recruited, Nvisionu affiliates get commissions.
Recruitment commissions are given out at three levels (unilevel):
A Bronze package affiliate’s recruitment pays $50 on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates), $20 on level 2, and $10 on level 3.
A Silver package affiliate is paid $175 on level 1, $50 on level 2, and $25 on level 3. A Founders and Gold package affiliate is paid $350 on level 1, $100 on level 2, and $50 on level 3.
Rank determines how many tiers recruitment commissions are received on:
On level 1, consultants receive recruiting commissions.
Consultants who have hired two or more Consultants get recruiting commissions on levels 1 and 2 Sapphires, and higher earn recruitment commissions on levels 1 to 3.
Points for recruitment
Nvisionu awards points to affiliates that attract package affiliates:
Receive 50 points for recruiting a Bronze Package affiliate.
175 points are awarded for recruiting a Silver Package affiliate.
Receive 350 points for recruiting a Gold Package affiliate.
Receive 350 points for recruiting a Founders Package affiliate.
Nvisionu has a disclaimer that reads:
Points are not payments in cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They must be used in conjunction with Nvisionu goods or services.
Nvisionu does not mention how much money their points are worth within the organization.
Recurring Commissions
Nvisionu has a binary compensation mechanism to pay residual commissions.
In a binary compensation system, an affiliate is placed at the top of a binary team, which is divided into two sides (left and right):
The binary team’s initial level has two slots. The binary team’s second level is created by dividing the initial two slots into two more positions each (4 positions).
As needed, subsequent levels of the binary team are constructed, with each successive level containing twice as many spots as the preceding level.
Positions on the binary team are filled through direct and indirect affiliate recruiting. It should be noted that there is no limit to how deep a binary team may develop.
Nvisionu totals new sales volume on both sides of the binary team at the conclusion of each week.
Retail orders, affiliate orders, and affiliate recruiting packages all count toward qualifying volume.
Affiliates of Nvisionu get a portion of $300 groups that are matched on both sides of the binary team.
For example, $1500 on each sides of the binary team would correspond to 5 residual commission groups, with each receiving a residual commission %.
Residual commission rates are determined by rank, the amount spent by an Nvisionu affiliate, or both.
Sign up as a Bronze Package Nvisionu affiliate and earn a 10% residual commission rate.
Sign up as a Silver Package Nvisionu affiliate or become a Champion to earn a 15% residual commission rate.
Sign up as an Nvisionu Gold or Founders Package affiliate or qualify as a Visionary Sapphire to get a 20% residual commission rate.
Weekly residual commission caps are established by rank:
Team Consultants can expect to earn up to $500 each week.
Lead Consultants can expect to make up to $1000 per week.
Champions have the potential to earn up to $1500 every week.
Visionary Sapphires have the potential to earn up to $2500 every week.
Rubys with vision can make up to $5,000 per week.
Emeralds with vision can earn up to $10,000 per week.
Visionary Diamonds have the potential to earn up to $15,000 every week.
Double Visionary Diamonds have the potential to earn up to $20,000 every week.
Triple Visionary Diamonds have the potential to earn up to $30,000 every week.
Global Visionary Diamonds have the potential to earn up to $50,000 every week.
Ambassador Visionary Diamonds have the potential to earn up to $75,000 every week.
Imperial Visionary Diamonds have the potential to earn up to $125,000 every week.
Volume is flushed from both sides of the binary team after it has been paid out on. Leftover volume rolls over if an Nvisionu affiliate has an ongoing autoship order.
Bonus for Matching
Nvisionu matches the residual commissions generated by downline affiliates.
The Matching Bonus is distributed at two stages of recruitment:
Ruby team consultants get a 50% match on level 1.
Emeralds receive a 50% match on level 1 and a 10% match on level 2.
Diamonds receive a 50% match on level 1 and a 15% match on level 2.
Double Diamonds receive a 50% match on level 1 and a 20% match on level 2.
Triple Diamonds receive a 50% match on level 1 and a 30% match on level 2.
Global Visionary Diamonds receive a 50% match on level one and a 40% match on level two.
Ambassador Visionary Diamonds and above receive a 50% match on level 1 and a 50% match on level 2.
Commissions on Autoships
Nvisionu charges a monthly commission on retail and recruited affiliate autoship order volume.
Autoship commissions are distributed through the unilevel team and are related to the three highest volume unilevel team legs each month:
50% of the highest leg volume is paid out.
On the second biggest leg volume, 35% is paid out, and 15% is paid out on the third greatest leg volume.
Rank Achievement Bonus Nvisionu pays affiliates with additional monthly volume criteria for qualifying at particular ranks:
rank as a Consultant or higher with 1100 GV a month and three personally referred retail customers = $500 a month rank as a Consultant or higher with 2500 GV a month and three personally referred retail customers = $1000 a month rank as a Lead Consultant or higher with 4000 GV a month and three personally referred retail customers = $2500 a month rank as a Team Consultant or higher with 8000 GV a month and three personally referred retail customers = $5000
Rank Achievement Bonus qualification needs “55% of volume originate from client packages (and) three or four individually registered consumers” in addition to rank criteria.
Getting involved with Nvisionu
Nvisionu affiliate membership is $19.99 per month or $200 per year in bitcoin. Nvisionu does not disclose which currencies they take.
To be eligible for MLM commissions, you must additionally purchase either an e-learning platform or supplement spray packs:
E-learning Platform Bundles
Bronze Pack (1 course) – $199, followed by $130 every month
Silver Pack (2 courses) – $499, followed by $190 every month
Gold Pack (4 courses) – $999, followed by $250 every month
Founders Pack (also includes 4 courses???) – $1499, followed by $250 per month Product Packs
Bronze Pack (9 sprays) – $239, followed by $150 every month
Silver Pack (27 sprays) – $599, followed by $190 each month
Gold Pack (54 sprays) – $1199, followed by $280 each month
Founders Pack (?) – $1499, followed by $280 each month
Aside from a greater price, there is no discernible difference between Nvisionu’s Gold and Founders Packs.
Conclusion of Nvisionu
If you’ve made it this far and are curious in how IM Mastery Academy saw Nvisionu as a “competing firm,” as stated in their lawsuit:
IML has been working on a health and wellness program, which will be launched in late 2022.
The (Nvisionu Defendants) planned to bribe, solicit, attract, and induce other IML IBOs, customers, contractors, workers, and instructors to leave IML and join Nvisionu.
The (Nvisionu Defendants) stole Confidential Information and intellectual property from IML knowingly, purposefully, and unjustly, and improperly and illegally disclosed the information to Nvisionu and/or its representatives and agents.
The (Nvisionu Defendants) disseminated false comments and remarks in breach of their IBO Agreements about IML, its employees, and IBOs on social media sites in order to undermine IML’s reputation and status in the marketplace and promote Nvisionu.
In breach of his IBO Agreement, IBO Defendant Imonitie knew and actively supported this activity.
IML was harmed financially as a result of the IBO and Contractor Defendants’ and Nvisionu’s wrongdoing.
In a nutshell, IM Mastery Academy asserts that it had planned to offer something similar to what Nvisionu has done. Immonitie and Tapia are accused of essentially stealing those blueprints in order to start Nvisionu.
IM Mastery Academy, interestingly, dismissed its case four days after it was filed.
IM Mastery Academy filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal on June 26th. There was no explanation given for the dismissal. It’s unclear whether any money crossed hands.
Meanwhile, I couldn’t help but notice the following in small print on Nvisionu’s website’s footer:
Members, consumers, or distributors of IM Academy or its subsidiaries must wait 6 months following their official resignation date before joining NVisionU or any of its subsidiaries.
That, I’m guessing, was part of a settlement, with IM Mastery Academy aiming to reveal its own bigger e-learning platform and supplement additions over the next 5 to 6 months.
Given that Immonitie and Tapia were both top earners in IM Mastery Academy, one would picture them leaving to establish their own very comparable offer, which indicates the money has dried up.
Realizing that no matter how far they rose as affiliates, they’d never make as much as firm owners was probably also a factor.
In any event, we now have Nvisionu, which seems quite similar to IM Mastery Academy – sans the securities fraud (at least for now).
Retail volume qualifications are something Nvisionu possesses that IM Mastery Academy does not.
Nvisionu’s concept of PV and consumers, for example.
A certain number of client packs (two, three, or four) with 100QV+ each, plus any combination of personal purchase or personal retail sales volume for the remaining 100QV.
A client pays the same amount for a product as a Visionary Builder. Until they purchase the Visionary Builder Kit, a person is considered a customer.
This is typically wonderful to see, but it also sets up Nvisionu affiliates for failure.
While Nvisionu’s compensation method and business approach are far more legally compliant than those of IM Mastery Academy, its e-learning platform and supplements are its weakest link.
Nvisionu says that each of their courses is worth $2500. What’s the basis behind that? I have no idea.
Nvisionu sells courses to customers without providing any information about who is behind them or their competence in the topics covered.
Who knows, Immonitie and Tapia might have simply gotten some guys to play expert on its courses.
The supplement line from Nvisionu isn’t much better. You get something physical in exchange for your money, but it’s clearly a white labeled offering from who knows who, made who knows where.
This is, once again, what is promoted to customers.
I’m convinced Nvisionu built itself up to run as a pyramid scheme if there were no retail volume limitations. That is, except for affiliates, no one is purchasing anything.
I anticipate it to continue (disclaimer: Immonitie and Tapia both had huge IM Mastery Academy downlines), with retail consumers signing up for “believe me bro” courses and “me too” extras making or ruining the firm.
Once the glimmer of “Oh high earning leaders, if I follow them and get in early, maybe I can be a leader too” fades, I believe retail volume limitations will stymie the bulk of Nvisionu affiliates.
That is not an issue with the requirements; rather, it is a problem with Nvisionu’s as-yet unsatisfactory retail offering.
Two things puzzle me: why anyone would buy Founder’s Packs, and why there is so little information on Nvisionu’s website.
I have a hunch there’s a financial advantage to purchasing an Nvisionu Founder’s Pack that isn’t being freely acknowledged. Otherwise, paying $500 more than the Gold Pack makes no sense.
Nvisionu has a grace period with needed disclosure as a startup firm, but the window shrinks dramatically once they start receiving money (which I believe Nvisionu is already doing).
Executives must provide specific product information as well as salary information. If a corporation does not give this, consumers will be unable to make an educated judgment about the company.
These firms may also be in breach of the FTC Act.
The last issue I have is with Nvisionu’s pay-to-play recruitment approach.
You must purchase a Pack if you wish to engage in the MLM side of the company. This predisposes Nvisionu to pyramid recruiting, although the retail volume needs eventually balance things out.
Immonitie and Tapia have carried over an understandable identity dilemma from IM Mastery Academy, but they must decide if Nvisionu will function as a pyramid scam or a real MLM organization.
As I have indicated, operating in the middle will doom the bulk of affiliates. You’ll attract pyramid scammers on the front end, who will subsequently lose money since they aren’t interested in selling to retail clients. Or they can’t because retail customers aren’t willing to pay hundreds to thousands of dollars on uninteresting courses and supplements.
Approach with caution till Nvisionu addresses these problems.
Immonitie and Tapias are both involved in the direct and indirect recruiting of thousands of people who have or will lose money as a result of IM Mastery Academy.
