If you became aware of OneCoin after the FBI placed founder Ruja Ignatova on their “most wanted” list, you may be surprised to learn that the Ponzi scheme is still active.
OneCoin is still headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria, after being granted safe harbor by corrupt Bulgarian officials.
These are the same offices Ruja Ignatova purchased and used to run her Ponzi scheme from.
Ventsislav Zlatkov was appointed CEO in January as part of OneCoin’s efforts to continue defrauding consumers. With news of Ruja Ignatova’s wanted status being widely reported around the world, Zlatkov is in a pickle.
What is the solution? Pretend Ruja Ignatova is unrelated to OneCoin.
OneCoin’s latest ruse involves rebranding Ignatova’s OneCoin/OneLife structure as One Ecosystem. Try to spot the subtle branding change.

And here he is on July 7th, making a “special announcement” about One Ecosystem: Concerning Zlatkov’s “special announcement,” I want you to know that I have never met Doctor Ruja Ignatova in person. I also have no relationship with her.
The new company for which I am currently working and the brand that we are establishing are distinct from what you may have previously known. OneCoin is widely regarded as a puppet CEO, with OneCoin still being run by whoever Ruja Ignatova reported to in Sofia.
OneCoin, to their credit, has not yet censored comments left on their official YouTube video. Zlatkov’s deception is shattered by a comment from “James Town”; he forgot to tell you that most of the employees in the Sofia office still work for One Network Services Ltd., as they did when Ruja was around. It’s the same scheme, just a different brand name.
And having a rental office in Switzerland does not imply that OneEcosystem is registered with any regulator.
But it’s interesting that they chose this strategy, even though Veska Ignatov and the head accountant, Georgi Georgiev, are still in charge. In the core, nothing has changed.
In fact, I believe this Zlatkov is employed by the same One Network Services Ltd. OneEcosystem is merely a new brand. There is no such thing as a company with that name.
Despite the rebranding and establishment of One Ecosystem via a Swiss shell company, the scheme is identical to OneCoin: invest in OneCoin Ponzi points, recruit others, and steal their money.
